Payment
At Ditte Andy, you can pay with Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal.
All prices on the website are in DKK (Danish kroner) incl. VAT. We use an approved and secure payment server that encrypts all your card details.
As you are purchasing digital products (PDF files), which are delivered immediately after completed payment via email or direct download, the amount is charged to your payment method as soon as the order is confirmed.
Copyright
All digital patterns and guides are for private use only. It is not permitted to copy, resell, or distribute the files to others. It is likewise not permitted to sell products made from the patterns for commercial purposes without prior written agreement.
RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Digital guides and recipes cannot be returned, and in addition there is no right of withdrawal on digital goods.
You have the right to cancel a purchase of a physical item without giving a reason within 14 days. If you have purchased multiple items in an order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which the item is in the physical possession of the buyer or a person of your choice.
Note: The right of withdrawal expires if the seal or packaging on the sewing pattern is broken. The item must be returned in the same condition and in unbroken original packaging, otherwise the pattern will lose its commercial value.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

The cancellation period is met if you send your notification that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired.
Refunds
From the day you have received your physical item, you have 14 days to return it. If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or hand over the item for collection at Fløng Købmand, Hedevej 15 2640 Hedehusene, no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to regret your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the items before the 14 days have expired.
Items cannot be sent by cash on delivery.
When purchasing digital patterns and recipes, you accept that delivery begins immediately after purchase and that the statutory 14-day cancellation period therefore lapses as soon as the download link has been sent or made available.
You must pay for the return of the item yourself.
Testing the product and packaging
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You may generally examine the item in the same way you would in a physical shop, but you may not use it. If you have used it in a way that is not permitted or possible in a shop, and we are unable to resell it, or unable to resell it at full price, you should expect that we will deduct the reduction in value from the amount to be refunded. If the item no longer has any commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
Please note: In the case of a physical sewing pattern, the right of withdrawal lapses if the seal or packaging of the pattern has been broken. The item must be returned in the same condition and in unbroken original packaging, as the pattern otherwise loses its commercial value.
You should ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk for the parcel/items yourself until we receive it. Please keep your postal receipt and any tracking number.
Delivery Policy
Digital sewing patterns (PDF): Patterns are sent automatically as PDF files to your email address immediately after purchase. Always make sure you’ve entered your email address correctly, and check your spam folder if you don’t receive it within a few minutes.
Physical sewing patterns (Printed): We pack and ship your items as quickly as possible. Please note: physical (printed) patterns can currently only be shipped to addresses within Denmark.
Shipping: We ship with DAO/GLS to your chosen parcel shop or home address. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you pay. (Please note: if you purchase both a digital and a physical pattern in the same order, you’ll receive the digital pattern by email immediately, while the physical one will be sent by post.)
Delivery time: Expected delivery time is typically 2–4 business days.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our shop is acquired or merged with another company, your information will be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
